Due To The Demand From Our Members
we are pleased to announce the opening of the 2021 Subsciptions
During these very difficult times the Committee has been and shall continue to do everything they can to ensure the good maintenance of the Club premises. Stocking the bar and preparing (as much as can be done) for the eventual re-opening of the Club and a return to normal activities.
We will of course notify all members as soon as we know when this can happen.
Annual subscriptions will be at the same level as for 2020.
- Payable by all members (except Life members)

Annual CIU Card
- Optional but required for entry to other CIU Clubs
Subscriptions may be paid in either of the following ways
Please place your membership card and your payment, cash or cheque (cheques made payable to Sundridge Park WMC) in a sealed envelope.
Please ensure you write the following information on the front of the envelope and post it in the Club’s letter box.
Card payments can be made by calling the office 0208 464 3638 during office hours (9.00am to 3.00pm) on Tuesdays and Fridays commencing Tuesday 16/02/21 until Friday 02/04/2021.
Please ensure you have all of the following information to hand when calling:
Deposited membership cards and/or receipts will be available for collection from the Club Office or form behind the Bar when the Club re-opens.
The Committee ask for your cooperation and patience in complying with this process which is obviously different from the normal routine.
Please be aware that the Committee are mindful members have not been able to use the club for extended periods in 2020 moving into 2021, it is still necessary to ask for these payments for the following reasons:-
The Club in its entirety is owned by all the Members
The Club is not a Charity nor is it a profit making business
The Club is managed by a Management Committee which is elected by all the members
Members of the Committee are not paid. They do not claim any expenses nor do they avail themselves of any privileges (including free drinks)
Members of the Committee give up their own time to ensure that the Club is run successfully for all the members
Even though the Club has been closed for business as determined by the Government the premises have to be maintained and any stock in hand has to be carefully managed
There are still bills to be paid including but not limited to all the utilities, insurance, professional fees, etc.
Member subscriptions are a vital part of the Club’s annual income and are a significant contribution to the continued upkeep and maintenance of the club.
